ORDER: 1. Clerk's Office shall SUBSTITUTE in Warden Hector Joyner as Respondent in this proceeding. 2. Clerk shall send a copy of Lewis's petition at DE #1 and this Order by certified mail to both (a) Respondent Hector Joyner, Warden at USP Big Sandy, and (b) U.S. Attorney for EDKY. 3. Within 60 days from entry of this Order, Respondent shall file a response to Lewis's petition. 4. Within 30 days after Respondent files his response, Lewis may file a reply brief in further support of his petition. 5.
