Filing 15 SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. Parties shall serve initial disclosures by February 14, 2023. Supp pursuant to Rule 26(e). 2. Parties file any motion to join parties or amend pleadings by March 14, 2023. 3. NLT April 7, 2023, parties disclose expert witnesses. These disclosures need not be filed in Court record. Rebuttal expert witnesses by April 26, 2023. 4. Fact and expert discovery by May 26, 2023. 5. NLT May 26, 2023, parties shall complete all discovery, including expert discovery. Parties shall make available those exhibits for inspection within fourteen days thereafter, upon request by opposing parties. 9. Shall a discovery dispute arise, comply with stated protocol in Standing Case Management and Referral Order. #4 . 10.
