ORDER: (1) Clerk shall serve a copy of Petition and this Order upon Respondent and Attorney General of Commonwealth of Ky; (2) Commonwealth shall assist Court in fulfilling its duties under 18 U.S.C. 3771(b)(2). Court expects Commonwealth to know the identity of any "victim" and to keep such person(s) reasonably apprised of developments and public hearings in the case. Further, Commonwealth shall provide to such person(s) a copy of 18 U.S.C. 3771. Commonwealth shall file a notice certifying its compliance with this paragraph within 45 days. (3) That within 60 days from date of entry of this Order, Respondent shall file an answer, motion, or other response. (4) with response, Respondent shall indicate what transcripts are available. (5) Respondent shall file a copy of any brief submitted by Petitioner in an appellate court contesting his conviction or sentence; (6) Respondent shall file a copy of any brief submitted by prosecution in an appellate court; (7) Respondent shall file a copy of the opinions and dispositive orders; (8) Upon filing of Respondent's response, Petitioner shall have 21 days within which to file a reply. (8) upon filing of reply, or expiration of time in which to do so, Clerk shall forward record to undersigned for further review; and (9) Any document received by Clerk that fails to include required certificate of service shall not be filed and shall be returned to party or counsel submitting such document.
