ORDER: 1. Court DENIES DE #1 , Stennett's construed petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241, without prejudice; 2. Court DIRECTS Clerk to send Stennett a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Affidavit of Assets for Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees, and Certificate of Inmate Account; 3. If Stennett wishes to bring a 2241 action in this Court, he should complete and file the habeas petition form [EDKY Form 521], and he must also either (a) pay the $5.00 habeas filing fee, or (b) submit a properly completed Affidavit of Assets for Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees, as well as a Certificate of Inmate Account, or a document that contains same information; 4.
