General Counsel shall have 30 days after receipt by certified mail of these documents to complete and return a notice of waiver of service for Defendant Grenier. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to prepare and issue summons at the address provided by the Justice & Public Safety Cabinet for Defendant Grenier if a waiver is not returned, and the United States Marshal shall serve a copy of the complaint #1 , the separate Memorandum Opinion and Order entered this date, this Order, and summons on that Defendant. Answer due in 60 days after waiver of service/21 days is service is required. Discovery due by 1/13/2020; Plaintiff's Pre-trial Memorandum due by 2/12/2020; Defendant's Pre-Trial Memorandum due by 3/13/2020; Dispositive Motions due by 3/13/2020.
