ORDER: Counsel for Petitioner shall amend his Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (Doc. 1) to add the Sheriff of West Feliciana Parish as an additional Respondent. Petitioner may also add as a Respondent Secretary LeBlanc or any other person Petitioner deems to be a necessary party. These amendments must be made by 5:00 p.m., on December 13, 2021.
