Filing 20 ORDER: To the extent that the defendants, K P Gibson, William Brown, David Melancon, Tammy Mallet and Donald Vail, were sued in their individual capacities, the heightened pleadings requirements apply. The undersigned finds the allegations are insuf ficient as to these defendants. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff file a FRCP7(a) reply to the qualified immunity defense within 20 days of receipt of this order. Failure to comply with this order will invite the imposition of sanctions, including possible dismissal of all claims.
