The answer is on behalf of all defendants, but the counterclaim is only on behalf of Philip Myers, therefore a separate counterclaim should have been filed, because now all defendants are showing up as counter-claimants, instead of only Philip Myers being a counter-claimant. Clerk's Office has removed all of the other counter-claimants on the docket. In the future, if the counter-claim is only on behalf of one of the filers and the answer is on behalf of all defendants, it should be a separately filed document.
