MEMORANDUM re: 22 SOCIAL SECURITY CROSS BRIEF re 19 SOCIAL SECURITY BRIEF re 1 DCM Complaint filed by Defendant Michael Astrue, 19 SOCIAL SECURITY BRIEF re 1 DCM Complaint filed by Plaintiff Jackie E. Waddell. In sum, the decision of the ALJ finding plaintiff not disabled is not supported by substantial evidence because the ALJ did not pose a proper hypothetical question to the vocational expert. For this reason, this cause will be reversed and remanded to the ALJ for further proceedings consistent with this Memorandum.
