IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall issue process or cause process to iss ue upon the complaint as to defendants Pamela Lacey and Stephanie Novak. Defendants shall be served in accordance with the waiver agreement maintained by this Court and Correctional Medical Services.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. & #167; 1997e(g)(2), defendants Pamela Lacey and Stephanie Novak shall reply to plaintiff's claims within the time provided by the applicable provisions of Rule 12(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
