February 26, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 63 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: 58 MOTION for Summary Judgment Renewed filed by Defendant T. C. Stevens, Defendant James Mulcahy, Defendant John Jordan, Defendant Ruth A. Dickerson. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims against al l Defendants based on the suspension of religious services are DISMISSED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED with respect to all remaining claims except Plaintiff's official-capac ity claims challenging the postcard-only policy. (Doc. No. 58.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Memorandum and Order, the parties shall submit a joint proposed schedule for the remainder of litigation on Pla intiff's official-capacity claims challenging the postcard-only policy. The schedule shall include a proposed date for referral to alternative dispute resolution ("ADR"), if appropriate, and a proposed trial setting. IT IS FURTHER ORD ERED that on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., the Court shall hold a status conference in chambers to discuss the parties' joint proposed schedule. Any counsel may participate in the conference by telephone, if counsel notifies the offic e of the undersigned of his or her intent to do so at least twenty-four(24) hours in advance of the scheduled conference.
