MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: 1 MOTION to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence filed by Petitioner George Brent Beasley. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner George Beasley's Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2255 (Doc. No. 1) is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that because Movant cannot make a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, the Court will not issue a certificate of appealability. See Cox v.
