Date Filed Document Text
March 22, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 21 MEMORANDUM: The ALJ erred in analyzing the opinion of the treating physician, resulting in an RFC determination that was not supported by substantial evidence on the record as a whole. The hypothetical question to the vocational expert was based on this erroneous RFC. Thus, the vocational expert's answer does not constitute substantial evidence supporting the Commissioner'sdenial of benefits. The matter will, therefore, be remanded for further consideration. Signed by Magistrate Judge Abbie Crites-Leoni on 3/22/2018. (JMC)
