MEMORANDUM AND ORDER..IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. (Doc. 2). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff must pay an initial filing fee of $3.96 within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Ord er. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to Clerk, United States District Court, and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4) the statement that the remittance is for an orig inal proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). A separate order of dismissal will be entered herewith.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to appoint counsel is DENIED asmoot. (Doc. 4) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for preservation of video evidence and maintenance records is DENIED as moot. (Doc. 5)IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to produce is DENIED as moot.(Doc. 6).IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that an appeal from this dismissal would not be taken in good faith.
