Failure to comply with this Order will result in the denial of Claim 4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within 30 days of the date on which Petitioner files any amended petition, Respondent may supplement the Response to the Order to Show Cause Why a Writ of Habeas Corpus Should Not Be Granted (ECF No. 10) in order to address Petitioner's amendment.
