Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: 2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis under 42:1983 (prisoner) filed by Plaintiff John M. Bradley. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Docket No. 2) is gran ted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff must pay an initial filing fee of $8.80 within thirty (20) days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States District Court," and t o include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prisonregistration number; (3) the case number; and ( 4) the statement that the remittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S. C. § 1915(e). A separate order of dismissal will be entered herewith.
