IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Docket No. 2) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff must pay an initial partial filing fee of $1.98 within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order. Plaintiff is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States Distr ict Court," and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; and (4) the statement that the remittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint as to defendant police officers Ryan Dennis and Unknown Dees. Defendants shall be served by issuance of summons and service by the U.S. Marshals Office at the Sikeston Department of Public Safety, 201 S. K ingshighway, Sikeston, Missouri 63801. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint as to defendants Lauren Blackwelder, Randy Deprow, and the Missouri Delta Medical Center. Defendants shall be served by issuance of summons and service by the U.S. Marshal's Office at 1008 North Main Street, Sikeston, Missouri 63801.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's claims against the Sikeston Department of Public Safety, and plainti ff's official capacity claims against Ryan Dennis and Unknown Dees, are DISMISSED without prejudice. A separate order of partial dismissal will be entered herewith. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that an appeal from this partial dismissal would not be taken in good faith.
