ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that QMG is directed promptly to file in this case the amended petition Plaintiffs filed in state court on September 25, 2018. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within seven days after the date of this Order, (1) Plaintiffs shall file any brief in opposition to QMG's motion to dismiss; (2) all parties shall file a statement advising whether their pending motion addresses the proceeding in light of the allegations in Plaintiffs' amended petition; and (3) Lindan shall file its completed Disclosure of Organizational Interests Certificate providing information regarding the state(s) of citizenship of each of its members.
