ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, plaintiff Gomez shall file an appropriate motion for entry of default judgment, supported by all necessary affidavits and documentation, as well as a proposed default judgment for entry by the Clerk or, if appropriate, by the Court. Gomez shall serve her motion for default judgment and supporting documents upon Nationwide and shall indicate such service in her motion.
