August 30, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 34 ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant MS Contracting, LLC's motion for extension of time to file a response to Plaintiff's Complaint and motion to stay this action pending the investigation and report by the National Transportation Safety Board are GRANTED. (ECF Nos. #13 and #14 ). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is STAYED pending further order of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within seven (7) days of the publication of the final report by the National Transportation Safety Board regarding the accident described in Plaintiff Complaint, Defendant MS Contracting, LLC shall notify the Court in writing of the decision. Upon receipt of such notice, the Court will lift the stay in this matter and set deadlines for defendants to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint. Signed by District Judge Ronnie L.
