IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall not issue process or cause process to issue upon the complaint because the Court wil l order plaintiff to file an amended complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall file an amended complaint no later than 30 days from the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if plaintiff fails to timely file an amended complaint, the Court shall dismiss this action without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall mail to plaintiff, along with a copy of this Order, a copy of the Court-provided "Employment Discrimination Complaint." Response to Court due by 9/4/2007.
