August 17, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 20 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 1 DCM Complaint filed by John F. Hall ; For the reasons set forth above, it is the recommendation of the undersigned that the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security be reversed and remanded under Sentence 4 of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). On remand, the ALJ should reconsider Halls RFC. The ALJ should also reconsider the statement that indicated Hall collected disability benefits after he stopped working. The parties are advised that they have ten days to file written objections to this Report and Recommendation.
