FURTHER ORDERED that defendants' motion to exclude the testimony of plaintiff's expert [# 24 ] is DENIED. Because this case was consolidated with others before me for pretrial purposes only, and the pretrial proceedings have now been concluded, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall transfer this case back to the judge before whom it was pending before the consolidation for p retrial purposes, The Honorable E. Filing 15 ORDER of Pre-Trial Consolidation. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above cases are consolidated beforethe undersigned for pretrial purposes only. Once the cases are ready for trial, they will be returned to the docket of the District Judges in this di strict to whom they were assigned before the entry of this Order. The undersigned will preside over all pretrial matters, including ruling on any dispositive motions. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pleadings (as defined in Rule 7(a), Fed. R. Civ. P.) a nd any motions directed to the pleadings (for example, motions to dismiss, motions to strike, motions for summary judgment) should be filed in each individual case. All other motions and papers, including those related to discovery or scheduling, sh ould be filed in Case No. 4:09CV72 CDP, which shall be designated the "Lead Case" because it bears the lowest case number. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Case Management Order entered inthe Lead Case applies to all cases listed above. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall transfer all of the above listed cases to the undersigned.
