Sigmund of copyright infringement with respect toonly the architectural design of "The Jefferson" are DISMISSED, without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant LT Designs, LLC's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can Be Granted or, in the Alternative, for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction [doc. #21] is GRANTED, in part, and DENI ED, in part. Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant LT Designs, LLC of copyright infringement with respect to only the architectural design of "The Jefferson" are DISMISSED, without prejudice.
