IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to File Rule26(a)(2)(A) Disclosure of Expert Witness Out Of Time [Doc. #23] is GRANTED.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED tha t the Case Management Order is amended asfollows: Plaintiff shall immediately disclose Mr. Crists expert report and make Mr. Crist available for deposition no later than June 18, 2010.Defendant shall disclose its expert witnesses and provide reports no later than July 9, 2010, and shall produce its experts for deposition no later than August 6, 2010. Case Dispositive motions shall be filed no later than August 20, 2010; opposition briefs shall be filed no later than September 17, 2010; and any r eply brief shall be filed no later than September 27, 2010. Any motions under Daubert shall be filed no later than August 20, 2010. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that except as modified herein, the CMO and Order Relating to Trial [Doc. #13] shall remain in effect.
