MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiffs Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint to Add Defendant Killian Pursuant to Rule 15(a) and Rule 21 is GRANTED. [Doc. 10 ] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall d etach and docket plaintiffs First Amended Complaint, which was submitted as an attachment to the motion for leave. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that because the amendment joins a non-diverse defendant, plaintiffs Motion to Remand is GRANTED [Doc. 13 ], and this case is REMANDED to the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
