January 18, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 37 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Board of Curators and Dr. Mosbah Kreimid's motions to dismiss [# 8 , 10 , 12 , and 14 ] and motion for summary judgment # 31 are granted in part and denied in part as stated above . IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' motion to transfer this matter to the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri # 14 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state claim in this matter and this case is hereby DISMISSED without prejudice.
