MEMORANDUM OPINION: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Stay Proceedings and Compel Arbitration and Supplemental Motion to Stay Proceedings and Compel Arbitration filed by Defendant Village Green Management Company, LLC, are GRANTED; Docs. 4, 8. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are to report to the court within thirty (30) days from the date of this Memorandum Opinion that they have initiated the arbitration process.
