FURTHER ORDERED that H2K Construction, LLC shall pay to pltfs' the amount of $ 94,450.99 for delinquent fringe contributions, liquidated damages and interest owed for the period of December 2009 through February 2010. FURTHER ORDERED that H2K Construction, LLC and Bluehill Properties, LLC, jointly and severally, shall pay to t he pltfs' $224,095.09 for the balance owed on the Promissory Note. FURTHER ORDERED that H2K Construction, LLC and Bluehill Properties, LLC, jointly and severally, shll pay to pltfs' $1,410.00 for legal fees and costs.
