Filing 93 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant Brady Omans motion to dismiss plaintiffs first amended compliant or, in the alternative, motion to transfer venue under 28 U.S.C. § 1404 is GRANTED in part and DENIED without prejudice in part. The motion is granted to the extent it seeks transfer of this action to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and denied without prejudice in all other respects. [Doc. 70] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants Hal Jones and Red McCombs second amended motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in the alternative, motion to transfer venue under 28 U.S.C. § 1404 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion is granted to the extent it seeks transfer of this action to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and denied in all other respects.
