IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Factory Mutual's motion to exclude the expert testimony of David Collard [# 106 ] and Donald Dinsmore [# 116 ] are GRANTED, and TAMKO's m otion to exclude the expert testimony of Alfred Cipriani and Captain Christopher Karentz [# 123 ] is GRANTED.
