MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant's motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is granted with regard to PMEI steering committee meetings, as these do not constitute compensable work time under the FLSA. The motion is granted as to disciplinary meetings, PMEI work consultative meetings, and other management-initiated meetings because there is no actual controversy between the parties regarding these issues. The motion is grante d with regard to plaintiffs' claim for injunctive relief because this is not an available remedy. The motion is denied with regard to grievance meetings and plaintiffs' charitable work, as there are genuine issues of material fact remaini ng on these issues. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs' motion for conditional certification [# 52 ] is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs must propose a revised notice no later than January 7, 2013. Defendant shall file any obje ction no later than January 14, 2013. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant's motion for a hearing [# 64 ] is granted, and the Case Management Order deadlines are vacated. The parties must provide a joint proposal for completion of the remainin g steps of the case no later than January 14, 2013. The court will hold a telephone scheduling conference with counsel on January 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Plaintiffs' counsel shall be responsible for placing the call and have all parties on the line before contacting my chambers at 314-244-7520. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant Southwestern Bell's motion to dismiss case and compel arbitration [# 12 ] is denied, but its alternative motion to stay the case is granted, and this case is stayed pending further order of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel shall jointly submit a notice updating the Court on the status of this case no later than ten (10) days following the resolution of the arbitration scheduled between defendant and plaintiffs' union.
