Novack Construction Co. is a mere stakeholder of the Novack Fund, and J.E. Novack Construction Co. is hereby discharged from all liabili ty related to the Novack Fund. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that J.E. Novack Construction Co. is hereby DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that J.E. Novack Construction Co. is awarded attorneys fees in the amount of Six Thousand Dollars ($ ;6,000.00), and costs in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00), for a total amount of Six Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,350.00), which shall be deducted from the Novack Fund. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that RG F inancial, LLCs motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. [Doc. 63] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that RG Financial LLC is entitled to judgment in the amount of the Novack Fund, together with all accrued interest thereon, less Six Thousand Three Hundr ed Fifty Dollars ($6,350.00), and less any applicable administrative fees. Novack Construction Co. is hereby discharged from all liabili ty related to the Novack Fund. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that J.E. Novack Construction Co. is hereby DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that J.E. Novack Construction Co. is awarded attorneys fees in the amount of Six Thousand Dollars ($ ;6,000.00), and costs in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00), for a total amount of Six Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,350.00), which shall be deducted from the Novack Fund.
