JUDGMENT IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Full Default Judgment is GRANTED. [Doc. 31] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of plaintiffs and against defendants Commercial Dry wall Construction, LLC and Peter C. Dooley, jointly and severally, in the amount of Fifteen Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Forty-Seven Cents ($15,482.47) in outstanding contributions, interest, and liquidated damages, and Four Tho usand Five Hundred Twenty-Six Dollars and Eighty-Seven Cents ($4,526.87) in attorney's fees and costs, for a total default judgment of Twenty Thousand Nine Dollars and Thirty-Four Cents ($20,009.34), together with post judgment interest as allowed by law. PARTIAL DEFAULT JUDGMENT IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Default Judgment is GRANTED. [Doc. 12] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs are awarded Two Thousand Four Hundred Two Dollars and Seventy-Seven Cent s ($2,402.77) in liquidated damages, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighteen Dollars ($1,818.00) in attorney's fees, and Four Hundred Twenty Dollars and Sixty-Two Cents ($420.62) in costs. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within thirty (30) days of the entry of this Partial Default Judgment, defendant Commercial Drywall Construction LLC shall submit to an audit and provide plaintiffs with copies of its compensation records, payroll registers, payroll journals, time-cards, fe deral and state tax forms, W-2 forms and 1099 forms, state quarterly tax returns, workers compensation reports, fringe benefit records and reports, job cost records, general ledger with cash disbursements and supporting documents, accounts receivable s, invoices, and check stubs for the period of April 14, 2011, through the present date.
