IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSE D without prejudice in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. Without affecting the finality of this Order of Final Approval, the Court reserves continuing and exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to the administration, implementation, effectuation, and enforcement of the Settlement Agreement.
