IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the state trial court legal file, Resp'ts Ex. A, shall be filed and maintained UNDER SEAL. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner& #039;s petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 is DENIED. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that no certificate of appealability shall issue. 28 U.S.C. § 2253. A separate Judgment shall accompany this Memorandum and Order. Signed by Magistrate Judge Thomas C.
