MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff David Sojkas motion for default judgment against defendant Takhar Collection Services, Ltd., is GRANTED. [Doc. 14] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff David Sojka is awarded statutory damages in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) against defendant Takhar Collection Services, Ltd. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff David Sojka is entitled to costs against defendant Takhar Collection Services, Ltd. in the amount of Five H undred Twenty Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($520.23), and attorneys fees in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Dollars ($3,339.00).
