IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Kevin Curran's appointed representation of Altoni o Steeples is concluded, and Kevin Curran has no further obligations in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a final Judgment will be entered today in this case and an amended Judgment in accordance with this Memorandum and Order will be entered in the criminal case United States v. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that I will initiate a telephone conference with counsel for the United States and the Federal Public Defender on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. to discuss the schedule and logistics for the hearing.
