MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs motion to remand is GRANTED. (Doc. No. 15.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall take all necessary steps to REMAND this case to the Circuit Court of St. Louis C ounty, Missouri, where the action was filed.
