No. 31) is GRANTED as to the motion to transfer and DENIED as moot as to the motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action shall be transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
