[Doc. 9] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is STAYED pending completion of the arbitration to be held in St. Louis, Missouri. The parties shall file a Notice to the Court within ten (10) days of the conclusion of arbitration. If the arbitration is not concluded by January 8, 2014, the parties must on that date file a joint report setting forth the status of the arbitration. (Response to Court due by 1/8/2014.)
