MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion to remand this case to the Circuit Court of the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit of Missouri is GRANTED. (Doc. No. 14.) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall take all n ecessary steps to REMAND this case to the Circuit Court of the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit of Missouri where it was filed.
