IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner shall pay an initial partial filing fee of $2.05 within thirty (30 ) days from the date of this order. Petitioner is instructed to make his remittance payable to "Clerk, United States District Court," and to include upon it: (1) his name; (2) his prison registration number; (3) the case number; an d (4) that the remittance is for an original proceeding. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner shall show cause within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order as to why the Court should not dismiss the instant action as time-barred. Petitioner&# 039;s failure to file a show cause response shall result in the dismissal of this action as time-barred. (Initial Partial Filing Fee due by 10/16/2013.
