Because plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence that would allow a reasonable jury to find the defendant knew, or by using ordinary ca re should have known, that the tiled floor of its shoe department constituted a dangerous condition, plaintiff cannot prove one of the necessary elements of her premises liability claim.
