MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendants motion to compel arbitration [Doc. #7] is granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is stayed pending completion of arbitration. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a no tice to the Court within ten days of the conclusion of arbitration.
