Movant asserts one claim of ineffective assistance of counsel and argues. that he was improperly sentenced under the 2002 version of the Sentencing Guide lines. Movant's motion is successive, and absent certification from the United States Court of Appeals, this Court lacks authority under § 2255 to grant him relief. See 28 U.S.C. §§ 2244 and 2255.
