MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants KCI Construction Companys and Liberty Mutual Insurance Companys Motion to Stay Litigation and Compel Arbitration (ECF No. 7) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is STAYED pendin g completion of the arbitration process.
