MEMORANDUM AND ORDER... IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. # 2 ] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915( e )(2)(B). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that to the extent that there are any state law claims encompassed in the complaint, the Court will decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over them. See 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs motion to amend the case caption is DENIED AS MOOT. A separate Order of Dismissal shall accompany this Memorandum and Order.
