Filing 28 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion for Stay of Plaintiffs Right to Tenancy and to Amend Complaint (ECF No. 19) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint, in accordance with the instructions set forth above, no later than thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, in addition to a copy of this Order, the Clerk shall forward to plaintiff the court-provided Pro Se Civil Com plaint Form. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff fails to timely file an amended complaint or fails to comply with the instructions set forth above relating to the filing of an amended complaint, the Court shall dismiss this action without prejud ice.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motions for Default Judgment (ECF Nos. 21, 23) are DENIED.
