Filing 21 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. (See Full Order.) IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' motion to dismiss [ECF No. 10 ] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Title VII claim (Count I) against Defendant Dots on sued in his individual and official capacities is DISMISSED with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's claims pursued under the Missouri Human Rights Act (Count I), 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 (Count II), and 42 U.S.C. Section 1981 (C ount III) against Defendant Dotson in his official capacity are DISMISSED with prejudice.
